It takes something really important for the old feeder to break from his decision to stop posting here at the Plains Feeder until he has the energy to spare. There will be, no doubt, all the 9/11 memorabilia, photos, videos, remembrances you have a taste for on the intertubes today. I plan to partake sparingly this year.
The day is in danger of solidifying into one of those memorials from which most of the real juice has dried up. Many of us do it for the doing of it, like Memorial Day grave decorating. The 9/11 attacks have never been resolved. Not for me. Osama bin Laden is still free. His people want to build a Mosque de Triomphe on the ruins and remains. The anger and pain are even worse for me now than they were in 2001.
Fellow bloggers, If I don't check in at your 9/11 post today, it is because I can't bear to, not because I don't want to.

Like the poor victims of the Mohammedan Jihad pictured above, you have a choice to make. Unlike them, one of your options is life.
Life free of the threat of murderous
bin Laden is dead. Thank you U.S. military, and thank you Obama for making the call and not being afraid of backlash from that pig's supporters(ahem W).
ReplyDeleteGod bless the dead.
Uh, it's been proven numerous times that Bin Laden was not only a C.I.A. asset but was pronounced dead in late 2001 from kidney failure. The following links are a good place to start but the rest of the proof is there to find. You need only the courage to look for yourself.

Anonymous,
ReplyDeleteBy W, do you mean President Bush?
If so, you are truly a tool...especially on this day.
And what was Mr. Obama going to do, say no?
You are a fool and deserve your stupidity.
Actually President Obama could have said no because there was still no proof Bin Laden was actually in the compound. Also, Obama could have said lets drop a giant bomb on it without having 100% certainty of Bin Ladens presence. That would have been a major mistake becauseall the evidence needed to prove you got him would have been destroyed plus Iit would have seriously jeopardized the lives of hundreds of innocent people in the surrounding area. So good job President Obama on the call and good job President Bush for the creation of homeland security that helped produce the intelligence to lead to his capture. Not sure WTF Iraq was all about though....
