Enemy combatants are people, too

Don't shoot him Joe! Read him his rights.

You may cry for our United States now. The Supreme Court ignores the realities of war, rules that captured enemy combatants have the same rights as you and I. Justice Scalia:

The game of bait-and-switch that today’s opinion plays upon the Nation’s Commander in Chief will make the war harder on us. It will almost certainly cause more Americans to be killed. --- The Nation will live to regret what the Court has done today. I dissent.

The Frenchification of America continues unabated. Maybe we should just ticket the terrorists; certainly they will appear for their court dates now that the have their rights. This would have saved us a lot of embarrassment and expense during WWII.
