Who would have guessed?

Gore applauds himself in Detroit

Barack Obama has garnered the campaign endorsement of Big Al Gore. Of course Al Gore would rather have seen himself as the Democrat candidate again, since he still believes he won the Presidency in 2000. I'd pay money to know what Al was actually thinking while hugging Obama on stage.

Addendum: Perhaps Big Al will add some needed gravitas to Barack's lighter-than-air platform. Like putting rocks in your pockets to keep from floating away.
