The Nebraska Civil Rights Initiative says it has plenty of signatures on it's petition to place the issue of affirmative action on the ballot in the form of an amendment to the state constitution. From an e-mail the old feeder got from the Right Wing Professor last night: "This baby is not just done, it's not just well done, it's slow-barbecued overnight in thick, spicy sauce."
