Connect the dots?


California Aqueduct - Terror Target
A common thread in the blame casting after the terrorists caught us off guard on 9/11 was the failure of those responsible to connect the dots. These two recent news stories from the AP look a bit like dots to me.

Dot #1: Pipe Bombs Found in Calif. Aqueduct
Dot #2: Divers Inspecting Calif. Aqueduct Die

What do you think? Do terrorists have plans involving Southern California's fragile water supply?
