From Omaha's KETV: Kelsey Peterson, the Lexington, Nebraska teacher charged with having sex with a 13-year-old student and then going to Mexico with the boy has been returned to Nebraska by US Marshals and is being held at the Cass County Jail.The linked article features links previous news stories about this newest case of a female teacher abusing her position of authority to commit statutory rape of a boy under the age of consent. I don't care what her lawyer says, she isn't the victim here, unless you count her misfortune at being an amoral, criminally stupid person as some kind of victimization. 13 is too young by law; you can't touch 'em.
